Return Policy

Please contact us if you are unsatisfied for any reason with a purchase at (877) 874-1934.

All returns require a Pre-Authorization RG Number that we will provide you.

If a product is damaged in shipping please contact us and we will have a replacement product shipped to you at no charge.  We offer a 30 day guarantee on all products. Returns must be done within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Partially used or empty bottles will not be refunded, however, there are some exceptions handled on an individual basis at Herbs4us sole discretion.

Herbs4us refund polices supersede all manufactures polices as you are purchasing with Herbs4us at member prices. We do not refund shipping on returns or pay for return shipping and a restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returns, unless the order was incorrect on our part.

No Cancellations will be accepted once your order has been shipped.  Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24 hours of ordering.

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions.
