Nature's Sunshine is the quality leader in the natural supplement industry and conducts independent testing to ensure the highest quality. They meticulously test all raw materials and finished products which go thru over 300 tests.  If a product doesn't pass all quality assurance tests it will go on back-order until all the ingredients have passed quality assurance tests.  In the event this happens we will contact you to inform you of the estimated availability of the particular product that is on back-order.  You will have the option to cancel your order & receive a full refund or wait until it is available. 

If one product is on back-order your entire order will be placed on hold until it is available due to shipping costs and the entire order will be shipped once the backorder item is available.

If for any reason you are unhappy with a product simply contact us within 30 days and we will send you a replacement product or offer you a full refund less shipping and handling charges which is $8 for orders under $100 or $11 for orders over $100.

Shipping must be prepaid on all product returns.
